This was another great album from Jero, but what truly set it apart that it was the first music composed specifically for surround sound back in 2001.

It is an album that will have you listening over and over, picking out the tricks, effects, edits, changes, elements and washes of surround sounds that evolve constantly throughout the music. The album takes you on a journey that is cinematic, atmospheric, full of of beat and groove, and all the while is remains smooth, crisp, deep, surrounding you in a cosmic world.
If you love electronic music technology, and you want to hear sounds and effects that you have never heard before, and you like music that keeps you interested with new timbres, cutting edge edits and effects, atmospheric elements that put you in another place, but then groove you with smooth hand built custom beats that grow and evolve through a journey filled with beautiful vocals and surround effects...then RUN...don't walk...to buy this Disc. You will NOT be disappointed.

I discovered upon opening this product that it is a BD-R (recordable blu-ray disc), not a factory pressed disc as it should be. This is not noted anywhere in the listing or on the case. I was doubly disappointed when the disc would not play in either of my players (one year old Sony with updated firmware) and a brand new Panasonic. I thus can't rate the content but as it's on a cheaper recordable medium, I give it one star. I think you'd better advised to get one of the other discs of this type.

I am from Detroit and had the priviledge to watch "Space or Dream of Life" Surround Show life at the Science Center Planetarium during Detroit Electronic Music Festival and I was taken to another world. Listening to this on home theatre system is one thing, but to see and hear this surrounded by 360 degree cosmic show was really special. It's hard to say that about electronic music sometimes but even my wife, who thinks my musical taste is, to put it kindly, weird, was entranced and I found her sitting by my side that evening absolutely amazed. Oh yeah, order this, you won't regret it.
