I love cycling outdoors and inside when the weather is bad. When indoors it's a lot more fun to get some visuals going on your TV and with something to view it makes exercise fly. I pop a dvd in and all of a sudden I'm outside in some beautiful place again. In this DVD I love riding through Victoria - a great little British looking township on an island. I've purchased and used each of the Bike-O-Vision rides over the years and pick up the latest as it's released. I also like that the rides are purely road and don't have instructions, pop up graphics, and no riders in front of the great views on screen. After all, I'm not paying money to see the rear ends of other riders as in some of the other cycling dvds! ;-) Seriously, it's a great virtual ride.
