Very slow paced - not motivational. If you are looking for serious training I suggest that you look elsewhere. This DVD may work for you if you like to really ride slowly and by yourself. There are no other bikers in the video.

I'm an avid cyclist and I love to workout indoors when the weather's bad. These are all really nice visual rides, great for the price too - you get 75 minutes of visuals through the Oregon roads in the Fall, both inland and coastal. The "forward-motion" views keep you pushing ahead. There are so many scenic rides I don't get bored with workouts. I also appreciate the lack of distracting commentary, graphics, pop-ups, and riders' rear ends on the screen in front of all the nice views as in similar DVDs I've tried. I ended up getting all their dvds and keep enjoying them.

I was getting so bored spinning alone. I purchased this bike-o-vison DVD-muted the volume and blasted my spin music---My heart rate stayed up to fat-burning zone and I did not even realize it as I focused on traveling in Oregon!I love the fall foliage. GREAT JOB BoV!
