I was looking for a dvd just like this to make indoor biking less work. Ths music is great!

Music is not motovating at all so I just mute it and play my own.

My husband wanted this for his birthday and he likes it and finds it relaxing. If I am riding a bike to exercise, this would not do it for me.

2 out of 5 stars Sunday stroll by car    October 3, 2007

This is a nice sedate drive through the wine country without a single bicycle to be seen. It could be a great video for Charles Kurwalt's sunday morning show, complete with the classical music. It is not a training video.

5 out of 5 stars Your BEST bet for Virtual Cycling Indoors!    July 25, 2007

I'm an avid cyclist and workout indoors when the weather is bad. I loved this ride through California wine country, Napa Valley and Sonoma vineyards and wineries. It also shows a lot more of the area, not just the vineyards. It's a great compliment to indoor cycling because the forward-motion views keep you pushing ahead. I've gotten several of the dvds and use them daily. Best investment I've made other than a stationary bike. I don't get bored. I also like the lack of distracting commentaries, graphics, or seeing cyclists in front of the views on the screen in similar DVDs I've bought.

UPDATE: I got the original 2005 version of this dvd ride which I really liked so just got the new updated Nov 2007 version which is even better.
