The best Christmas gift that I ever got myself. The DVD arrived on Christmas Eve, I viewed it that evening, and did the workout the day after Christmas and, all I can say is, WOW!

The workout is challenging, yet doable. Rebekah is a great lead, the moves are innovative, and the entire workout is wrapped up in 42 minutes!

The BEST of the newer Firm workouts that I have done thus far! Excellent!

This workout is fabulous, I love it. It consists of strength sections interspersed with quick cardio blasts which are challenging and get the heart rate going. Rebekah the instructor cues very well and always explains the moves and she's very encouraging. The music is great and the 40 minutes just flies by. There is also an express 15 minute cardio section add on which is really tough and I always work up a sweat when I do this section.
It's probably my favourite Firm dvd and I have a lot of Firm dvds. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

I have 70 FIRM workouts and this one is one of, if not the, best. I love it! It's challenging and effective yet Rebekah makes it easy to follow AND fun. I look forward to this one when I have it in rotation (which is often). The title "Get Chisel'd" is perfect because that's exactly where it gets you. I'm already starting to see results and I've only had this for about 3 weeks. The combination of sculpt segments with power pushes in between is perfect as each segment leaves you with just enough energy to switch over to the next. I also recommend Rebekah's two prior workouts "Cardio Core Fusion" and "Total Body Time Crunch." It's obvious this girl just gets better with each workout she leads! I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Just tried the dvd today. I really got a great workout. It was challenging and I also did the 15 minute bonus workout to get a total of 55 minute workout. The 15 minute bonus gave me a great sweat. I definetly recommend this workout.

I love this workout!!! Rebekah is an awesome lead. I really liked that they featured "firm believers" in this video but I especially loved the girl who did the beginner modifications, I think she did a great job (and she's so cute)!
