Just got the word that Paramount is DISCONTINUING the releasing of the Dynasty DVD's due to "dissapointing sales"! I for One Agree with Sibie, This is nothing but GREED by Paramount and I for One will not Be Abused and Ripped off by Buying these seasons in Split Sets. I for one am THRILLED that the boycott worked ! For You Less Brainy people who have wasted your money on these split sets, just use the money you will save buy not buying season 4 and go order Soapnet, you can watch the episodes on there. LONG LIVE THE BOYCOTT!!!!

I was too young to watch these when they orginally aired but I did catch the final two part mini-series and was enthralled. I am a HUGE fan of Dallas and Knots Landing. But like Knots Landing that resulted in low sales for season one the Studio refused to release more. I am fine with buying two volumes as long as they release the whole series on dvd. I just wish they would release them three times a year or more. I think DYNASTY is great fun. Over the top glamour, and I would like to see them release THE COLBYS as well on dvd since the characters from that show spin back on to DYNASTY in future seasons. And for those of you wondering why they are releasing two volumes, it is because the sales are not high enough for the studio to justify shelling out money to manufacture a dvd that only a few buy. Fox studios had refused to release more, so I am personally thankful that Paramount took it upon themselves to continue releasing the series.

i hope it will be in 1 part and not in 2

For many of us it is still ridiculous that DYNASTY is being released on two volumes per season, totaling twice what one WHOLE season of DALLAS costs. For you who want to buy it, fine, but do not dare throw stones at the rest of us for saying enough is enough! I love this series as much as the rest of you but will continue to refuse buying split seasons. This is one customer Paramount won't abuse. You can go ahead and stick it back into your vaults. You are not intimidating me into buying it!

Lo mismo que los Intocables. Estamos a la espera de la cuarta temporada de Dynasty. Ojala salga este ano.
Debemos recordar que son mas de 7 temporadas y recien vamos por la tercera. Ojala no tenga que esperar mas de 5 anos para ver el descenlace.
